New York Tax Laws Forcing Companies to Dump Affiliate Marketers
In an effort to collect more tax revenue, the state of New York has passed a law claiming E-commerce companies using affiliate marketers who reside in the State actually have a presence in the State and thus are subject to New York sales taxes.
